1. General Provisions

These Terms govern the use of qyrixca.com and the booking of wellness retreats offered by qyrixca.com (PE), registration code 98464164, registered at Business Center "Carpathia", 22 Sichovykh Striltsiv St, Ivano-Frankivsk, 76000, Ukraine.

By using the site or booking a retreat, you agree to these Terms. The seller is identified as required by the Law of Ukraine "On Electronic Commerce" No. 675-VIII dated 03.09.2015 and the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Protection" No. 3153-IX dated 10.06.2023.

2. Booking and Price

Retreat details, program, price and conditions are provided before booking, in line with the Law of Ukraine "On Tourism" No. 324/95-VR dated 15.09.1995 and the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Protection" No. 3153-IX dated 10.06.2023.

Payment is made via the methods shown at checkout. A booking is confirmed when payment is received and a confirmation email is sent.

3. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation rights and refund rules are set out in the booking confirmation. For distance contracts, you have the rights provided by the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Protection" No. 3153-IX dated 10.06.2023.

4. Personal Data

We process personal data and use non-essential cookies only with a lawful basis, usually consent, as required by the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection" No. 3196-IX dated 24.04.2026. See our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

5. Liability

We are liable for the proper provision of tourism services under the Law of Ukraine "On Tourism" No. 324/95-VR dated 15.09.1995. We are not liable for events beyond our reasonable control.

6. Complaints and Dispute Resolution

Complaints may be sent to contact@qyrixca.com. You may also contact the competent state consumer protection authority. We aim to resolve disputes amicably.
