Our office sits in Ivano-Frankivsk, at the edge of the Carpathians. Call, write, or send the booking enquiry form and a retreat planner replies within one working day.

Before you book
A retreat with us is rest and recovery, not medical treatment. Please read these notes before you reserve a date.
Our spa treatments, forest walks and yoga sessions support general wellbeing. They do not diagnose, treat or cure any condition. Speak with your doctor before booking if you are pregnant, recovering from surgery, or managing a chronic illness.
Tell us about allergies, injuries and medication when you book. Therapists adjust pressure, water temperature and herbal blends on that basis, but they rely on what you tell them.
Carpathian weather turns quickly. Guides may reroute or cancel an outdoor activity for safety, and we will offer an indoor alternative at no extra cost.
Guests arrange their own transport to Ivano-Frankivsk and hold valid travel and health insurance. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, border control or events beyond our control.
Groups are capped at 12 guests. A departure may be moved if fewer than 4 guests confirm, and we will notify you at least 14 days before arrival.
